Lambert + Associates was originally established as a buying office for high-end goods, specializing in international luxury retail. Over the years, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s most prestigious retailers, including the Neiman Marcus Group and Bergdorf Goodman, curating and sourcing their European collections. Our team scouted the best products from Paris to all over Europe, carefully selecting pieces that would resonate with their clientele at the time.
At our peak, Lambert + Associates was powered by a team of 60 experts, strategically divided into specialized units focused on key markets from the U.S. to China.In the U.S., our focus was sharp and dynamic that covered every subcategory of womenswear for Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. Additionally, we ventured beyond fashion, curating homewares and fragrances. For example, when one of Beijing’s top department stores sought to
expand its homewares section, our team didn’t just consult—we managed every detail, from sourcing products to perfecting merchandising strategies, ensuring a seamless, strategic rollout.
As our global footprint grew, so did the complexity of our workflow. Clients and buyers were drowning in emails, overloaded with data-heavy files that contained lookbooks, linesheets, and everything in between. Our European buying teams couldn’t deliver information fast enough, and email was no longer an efficient tool for the volume and pace of products we were sourcing.
We knew there had to be a better way.

To break this bottleneck of workflow, our internal digital team decided to create an internal platform named Atelier. With Atelier, all teams could log into one centralized space, accessing comprehensive brand information and materials on a single page. We could also create curated boards, showcasing multiple brands at once, and our clients could also download the boards as PowerPoints and share internally with their teams. It proved to truly transform how we started to share and source products in a bigger way.
Atelier quickly proved invaluable. It empowered our clients and buying teams to explore new collections effortlessly, across time zones, bridging the gap between European fashion houses and American buyers. But we didn’t stop there. As the retail landscape evolved, we saw an even bigger opportunity: to democratize this process for the entire industry and create a commercialized version of this platform.

It’s more than a tool, it’s a revolution in how fashion connects.
